Orders & Pricing

The pricing on our website is accurate and constantly maintained. Our prices are in pounds sterling (£) and are exclusive of VAT at 20%. You will be charged in pounds sterling even if you don't live in the UK. Overseas orders may incur bank transaction charges. We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time. In the very unlikely event of our production costs changing without our prior knowledge and requiring us to amend published prices after receiving your order, then we would contact you to ensure and agree that the revised price is acceptable before processing your order. Please note that any offers are subject to availability and may end before originally advertised. We also reserve the right to cancel or suspend an order at our own discretion at any time.

Loss or Damage

Whilst every care and precaution is taken against loss or damage to materials supplied to us by customers, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Warranties

Great care has been taken in the design and manufacture of our products. Detailed specifications are available and we can assure customers that they are fit for purpose. As we cannot be held responsible for how the product is used by our customers, we cannot supply any guarantee or warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to use the product safely and with due care. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the use of product purchased from us conforms to local statutory requirements.

Cancellations

Goods purchased from outdoordisplay.co.uk are bespoke items that are made to your specification. Therefore, we cannot accept the cancellation of an order once it has entered production. Orders for stock items alone such as accessories can be cancelled providing we are advised prior to your order being dispatched.

Returns

As we offer a bespoke service returns will only be accepted if the goods we have supplied are defective or have been damaged in transit. In this instance, please contact us within 28 days at info@outdoordisplay.co.uk if you wish to return an item.

Design Approval and Cost

All artwork should be submitted using the banner artwork templates supplied. We charge an artwork layout fee of £25 per unique banner design. We will not charge for minor artwork alterations or layout changes. If significant changes are required we will communicate this via email. Artwork may then be adjusted and resubmitted, or changes can be made by our team by request at a rate of £75.00 per hour. Layout proofs will be shared for approval where appropriate.

Copyright

We cannot be held responsible for any perceived infringement of third party copyright when asked to print from artwork or other materials supplied to us by a customer

Delivery Cost

Delivery is free to any UK mainland addresses. If you require delivery to an address outside the UK mainland including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, please contact us for a quote on delivery.

Payment & Security

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google pay and Apple Pay through Stripe. Payments are processed through Stripe's secure server. Our website operates under level four PCI-DSS compliance. PCI-DSS means Personal Card Industry - Data Security Standard. Although this doesn't guarantee that our website is impervious to hacking, it does guarantee that your card details are safe and secure.

Delivery Time

We take advantage of a split delivery system, meaning that your metalwork/spares and banners will arrive separately. 
Metalwork and Spares are held in stock in our UK warehouse and shipped using a Parcelforce 48 hour tracked service. Order before 11am for a same day dispatch (Monday to Friday). 
All Banners are made to order. Lead times for banners are 15 working days from artwork approval, however, we will always aim to deliver your banners as soon as our production schedule allows. 
We use either a tracked APC or UPS Next Day delivery service for all banner deliveries. 
We will keep you informed of the progress of your order by email at every stage throughout the process. Alternatively you can track your order on the account page once you have signed in. Large orders may be palletised, in this case they will be delivered by a prearranged dedicated carrier.
